How is Forehead Acne Treated?

Acne and acne are annoying no matter which part of the body. In addition to being an undesirable skin problem, there may be reasons that may vary depending on the region of origin. So, why acne in the forehead region, and of course how the forehead acne passes?

In general, I would like to give some information about what acne and acne are and how they came out for those who have not read other articles. First of all you should know that acne is not acne. There are many different types of acne, which we know in general, and the treatment methods that change accordingly. What we call acne is an acne which is filled with inflammation, looks like swollen from the outside, faces red or purple and is often quite painful. These are actually the most difficult and most problematic of acne. Acne on his forehead is usually not of this type, but so is easy to resolve.
1- Hygiene
As you well know, the main cause of acne is dirt and oil clogged pores. Failure to select the right skin cleansing product at this point, not to clean the skin correctly at the right time, frequent contact with dirty hands, contact with dirty pillows or linens, greasy fangs cause the forehead area to be unhygienic and ultimately cause acne.
2- Dead skin
A dead layer is formed on the skin due to factors such as oil accumulating under the skin over time, dirt settling with environmental factors. Skin problems will persist unless you dispose of these dead cells and skin. At this point, this dead layer should be discarded and the skin should be breathed with exfoliating applications that will be done in accordance with the skin type as needed.
3- Excess fat:
Sometimes our skin produces excess oil, sometimes we use excessive fat in the skin due to the products we use or the foods we consume. This is again one of the main causes of acne in the forehead.
4- Fat bangs:
Do you use laughter because you have acne or forehead pimples that cause acne? At the same time, the lubrication of the often not cleaned cartilage causes acne in the forehead area to increase. Because oily hair touches the forehead area directly, all the oil passes to your skin.
5- Hair Products:
In fact, hair products are as important as the skin products you will use for your skin health. The active ingredients in some products may cause skin lubrication, irritation and acne when it comes into contact with the skin. Highly comedogenic hair products such as serums, hair conditioners, wax, foam cause acne. Therefore, it is useful to choose products that do not block the pores and have skin tests.
6- Hats, Pillow Cases or Helmets:
In fact, we can generalize here as any kind of product, fabric, clothing, accessories that come into contact with the forehead skin. Skin contamination, lubrication, pore clogging that can lead to all kinds of factors that can add options.
7- Hormones:
Acne caused by hormone changes or abnormalities are usually around the chin and mouth area. However, this certainly does not mean going out. As a result, due to the increase in the amount of fat produced in the body, acne can also be seen on the forehead.
8- Stress, lack of sleep and poor nutrition:
Not only for forehead pimples, but for all pimples in general is a very effective and has negative consequences.
One of the things that should be in the skin care routine is of course the masks. You should use masks to cleanse the skin thoroughly once or twice a week. For example, you can mix a spoonful of bentonite clay with equal amounts of apple cider vinegar and apply it to your skin. If you want a more intense effect, a few drops of turmeric oil can be added. This mask will purify the skin and acne will have a drying effect. Then never forget to moisturize the skin.
You can add natural oils such as tea tree oil or lavender oil to help you fight acne in your daily moisturizers. For example, you can add a drop of one of these oils into the moisturizer the size of lentils and apply it to your face.
